The Minnesota House of Representatives and the Senate have passed an omnibus tax bill, H.F. 2323, reported out of a tax conference committee, that proposes an adjustment to personal income tax brackets; a surtax on certain interest income; an income tax credit for investments in certain businesses; and an increase in the fermented malt beverages tax. It does not include other provisions that, as previously reported, were included in the omnibus tax bills passed by the Senate on April 24, 2009, and the House on April 25, 2009.
