CCH (cch.taxgroup.com) reports:
Georgia Governor Sonny Perdue has signed two bills that allow sales tax holiday periods this year for sales of back-to-school items, personal computers, energy efficient products, and water efficient products. The holidays do not apply to sales made in theme parks, entertainment complexes, public lodging establishments, restaurants, or airports, or to purchases for trade, business, or resale.
